Job summary

Fermi LLC in Dallas (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join Finance Operations. You will drive finance transformation, systems implementation, and project finance modeling across multiple large-scale capital programs.

This role partners with Accounting, Deals, Construction, and IT to translate operational assumptions into robust financial inputs. Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in corporate finance or FP&A, strong Excel modeling, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Unifier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of corporate finance or FP&A experience with ERP/EPM implementation.
• Strong Excel modeling skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Unifier, or similar ERP/EPM systems.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Experience at a high-growth or newly public company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation across tools, processes, models, and shared services.
• Partner with Accounting, Deals, and Construction to translate operational assumptions into inputs.
• Develop reports and training materials for go-live.
• Support project finance modeling and budgeting processes.
