Hybrid schedule requires on-site Monday-Thursday in Irving with Friday WFH; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years in FP&A or related area.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Moderate to strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid: Irving on-site Monday-Thursday; Friday WFH.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-site operational workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and cost savings initiatives with BU managers.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to drive key business decisions.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes and reduce errors.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met with thorough reporting.
• Collaborate with operational partners and Corporate FP&A.
• Visit sites on-site and maintain close coordination with Accounting.
• Define business outcomes as the authoritative voice.
