Qualifications

• 4–7 years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or finance systems.
• Strong Excel modeling with clear drivers and assumptions.
• Hands-on ERP/EPM experience; Oracle Fusion, Hyperion/EPM, or similar.
• AId-based tooling for data management and storytelling.
• Clear written and verbal communication to non-finance audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Project planning with defined scope, milestones, and owners.
• Execution and tracking to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Risk and issue management with proactive escalation.
• Stakeholder communication across Finance, Ops, and IT.
• Process mindset to document current processes and gaps.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous self-review.

Responsibilities

• Finance Transformation: evolve tools, map processes, standardize models, define shared services, document controls.
• Business Partnering: support month-end close impacts and translate assumptions to financial inputs.
• Finance Systems Implementation: support Oracle Fusion/Unifier workstreams, design tests, and data conversion.
• Project Finance Modeling: build cost, cash-flow, and capex inputs; provide insights to leadership.
• Support budgets, reforecasts, and long-range plans with project inputs.
• Prepare investor and lender materials for major capital commitments.
