Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Financial Leader to support enterprise financial systems, applications and vendor relationships while partnering with finance and senior leadership to align technology with complex processes.

The role leads performance improvement projects, oversees operating budgets, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, and provides decision support for enterprise reporting platforms such as Workday, Strata, Epic and Qlik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or Healthcare.
• Leadership experience in Healthcare, Technology, or Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy with senior leaders across enterprise.
• Lead performance improvement projects and optimize processes.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations and manage relationships.
• Oversee operating budgets, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide decision support and financial leadership for Jefferson entities.
