Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a senior finance leader to support enterprise financial systems and vendor relationships. You will work with finance and senior leadership to align technologies with processes and drive performance improvements.

The role leads deployments, integrations, and reporting platforms (Workday, Strata, Epic, Qlik) and oversees budgeting, forecasting and capital planning across Jefferson Medical Group entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 10 years in Finance, Accounting, Technology or Healthcare required.
• 10 years in Healthcare, Technology or Finance leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategy with senior leaders.
• Drives performance improvement across enterprise sectors.
• Develops and presents information leading to efficient outcomes.
• Leads integration and optimization projects that connect systems and improve processes.
• Performs vendor evaluations and manages vendor relationships.
• Provide strategic financial leadership and decision support for Jefferson Medical Group entities.
• Lead operating budget development, forecasting, capital planning, and long-range financial planning initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Support strategic investments, business development and service line growth through financial modeling.
• Serve as the finance lead for enterprise reporting and decision-support platforms, including Workday, Strata, Epic, and Qlik.
