Job summary

Jefferson University Physicians is seeking a senior finance leader to support enterprise financial systems, applications and vendor relationships. You will work with finance and senior leadership to analyze and align technologies and processes, ensuring efficient deployments and integrations across the enterprise.

The role also leads performance improvement projects and oversees budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning, serving as the finance lead for enterprise reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related degree required.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 10 years in Finance, Accounting, Technology and/or Healthcare required.
• 10 years in Healthcare, Technology or Finance Leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy with senior leaders to improve performance.
• Drive performance improvement across enterprise sectors.
• Develop and present information that leads to efficient outcomes.
• Lead integration and optimization projects that connect systems and improve processes.
• Perform vendor evaluations and manage vendor relationships.
