GRVTY in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Finance Manager to oversee budgets, forecasts, and regulatory compliance for the Space & Spectrum Sector. You’ll partner with BU leadership and corporate functions to align financial health with operational goals.

Bring 15+ years in government contracting finance, deep P&L knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making across programs and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of Program Finance or Financial Analysis experience in a government contracting environment.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge (P&L, working capital, cost drivers).
• Proficiency in financial systems, Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis aligned to budgets and reforecasts.
• Ensure adherence to financial processes, regulatory requirements, and accurate records.
• Coordinate with IT, procurement, HR to support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor costs, identify inefficiencies, and drive profitability and efficiency.
• Generate dashboards, financial insights, and program review materials.
• Lead and mentor a team of program finance analysts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure data accuracy for audits.
