Job summary

GRVTY seeks a hands-on Program Manager to lead delivery for a U.S. government RF analytics program, overseeing 10 contractual due-outs and cross‑functional teams. You’ll stay close to the data pipeline to enable real-time integration decisions and serve as the primary interface to the Contracting Officer and COR.

You will manage data rights, subcontracts, and the cure process, driving cost, schedule, and quality across the program while coordinating with partners to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management for government services or analytic production programs.
• Experience serving as PM, deputy PM, or technical lead on government contracts.
• Familiarity with RF geolocation, maritime domain awareness, or commercial imagery/RF programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, subcontracts, risk, and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery calendar with tight deadlines measured in days.
• Serve as primary government interface (Contracting Officer and COR) and document all changes before deadlines.
• Drive end-to-end data-provider integration, API credentials, rate limits, and documentation.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and convert them to commercial instruments with defined latency.
• Manage data rights, licensing exposure, and quality processes; run acceptance and cure actions.
• Oversee cost/schedule performance, risk register, and monthly program reviews.
• Support growth, change proposals, and ROM development as the program scales.
