Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in government contracting.
• US citizenship required and lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and EVMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects with varying contracts.
• Develop and maintain EACs and ETCs monthly for cost accounting and revenue recognition.
• Track Contract Value and Funded Value with percent complete analysis and CDRLs.
• Maintain EVMS inputs, WBS, variance analysis, and CFSR submissions.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with timely finance inputs.
• Create financial charts for program reviews showing funding status and risks.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis versus budget.
• Involved in project setup, invoicing, and contract closeout activities.
• Assist invoicing of CPFF/CPFF/FFP & TM contracts and backup support.
• Implement improvements of financial policies for projects and support audit activities.
