Job summary

RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the accounting and finance functions across a multi-entity environment in the United States.

You will oversee close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and government contract compliance, partnering with leadership to drive financial integrity and operational performance. The role requires deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, GAAP, and experience in government contracting, with oversight of audits and indirect rate structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with management responsibility.
• Experience in government contracting and applying FAR and CAS.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and government contract accounting requirements.
• Experience managing audits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting and finance operations across a multi-entity environment; supervise staff.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and provide financial analysis to senior leadership.
• Supervise project control, including revenue recognition and project performance monitoring.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls; align with FAR/CAS.
