Job summary

VT Group (VTG) in Chantilly, VA is seeking a highly experienced Principal Contracts Administrator to lead cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract administration for engagements with government customers.

You will serve as the main liaison on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations and company policies while coordinating with program teams to resolve issues and drive the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the government acquisition process and relevant FAR/DFAR rules.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements under supervision.
• Maintain contract records and track modifications, pricing, and performance.
• Lead cradle-to-grave subcontract administration and supplier negotiations.
• Support proposal activities including risk analysis and pricing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the U.S. government acquisition environment and related policies.
• Act as primary point of contact for contractual matters on assigned contracts and projects.
• Maintain accurate contract modification and agreement tracking records and report status.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive actions and ensure compliance of financial and performance requirements.
• Support preparation of NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contract-related documents.
