You will own contract compliance, P&L, scheduling, staffing plans, and risk management to translate strategic goals into measurable results. The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in federal contracting, strong financial skills, and hands-on Agile/DevSecOps experience.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in federal/defense contracting and GSA-like environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and a DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Government and Contractor across BPA/Call Order lifecycle.
• Manage full financial lifecycle: budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Ensure contract, subcontractor, and policy compliance.
• Develop staffing plans, labor mix, and Master Schedules.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Foster high-performance teams with clear direction.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.
