Precision Medicine Group is seeking a finance professional to hybridly manage financial support for operational project teams and assist the month-end close with revenue recognition, forecasting, and variance analysis.

You will mentor analysts, develop efficient project financial processes, and present monthly metrics to senior leadership, including revenue, EVA, and intercompany alignment. Some travel to sponsor locations and local meetings is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field.
• Eight years’ experience in project finance with budgets, EVA, and contract review.
• Direct experience with sponsors.
• CRO industry experience.
• Occasional travel to sponsor locations and local travel to the Precision Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, mentor, and train financial analysts in project finance support.
• Design and implement project financial processes to improve reporting accuracy.
• Produce monthly financial metrics for CFO and Executive Director of Operational Finance.
• Coordinate with intercompany finance teams on budgets and revenue.
• Support project teams in financial aspects of running a clinical trial.
• Assist in monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analysis comparing forecasted vs actual revenue.
• Review work orders and budgets to identify out-of-scope activities.
• Perform monthly EVA’s with Project Directors/Managers.
• Lead financial discussions in monthly project reviews and quarterly client reviews.
• Assist in reviewing contract documents and change orders.
• Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information and support department goals.
