Precision Medicine Group seeks a senior project finance leader to manage financial support for operational project teams and aid the monthly close focusing on revenue recognition, forecasting, and variance analysis. This hybrid role includes mentoring analysts and designing finance processes to boost efficiency and reporting accuracy.

The role requires experience in EVA analysis, project budgeting, and contract review, plus collaboration with intercompany teams and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field.
• A minimum of eight years' experience in project finance including working knowledge of project budgets, financial project management support, EVA analysis, and financial contract review.
• Direct experience in working with sponsors.
• CRO industry experience.
• Occasional travel to sponsor locations for QBRs and F2F meetings and local travel to the Precisions Office for meetings should be anticipated.

Responsabilités

• Manage, mentor, and train the financial analysts in all areas of finance project support.
• Design, develop, and implement project financial processes to increase efficiency and produce accurate reporting.
• Produce monthly comprehensive financial metrics for the CFO and Executive Director of Operational Finance, including revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend analysis.
• Collaborate with intercompany Finance Teams to align on project budgets, monthly revenue, backlog, and intercompany agreements.
• Support project teams in all financial areas for running a clinical trial.
