The role blends project finance leadership with month-end close activities, revenue recognition, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project finance within the CRO/clinical trials space, with strong skills in EVA, budgets, and contract reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Eight years’ experience in project finance including budgets, EVA analysis, and contract review.
• Direct experience working with sponsors; CRO industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage, mentor, and train financial analysts in finance project support.
• Design and implement project financial processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Produce monthly financial metrics for CFO and Executive Director of Operational Finance (revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis).
• Collaborate with intercompany Finance Teams on budgets, revenue, backlog, and intercompany agreements.
• Support project teams in all financial aspects of running a clinical trial.
• Assist in monthly invoicing worksheet preparation for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analyses comparing forecast vs. actual revenue to identify gaps.
