Precision Medicine Group seeks a senior financial project support professional hybrid in nature to lead the financial support for operational project teams. You will influence month-end close processes, revenue recognition, forecasting, and EVA analysis across multiple clinical trial projects.

The role requires eight years’ experience in project finance, strong budgets, contract review, and collaboration with sponsor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field.
• Eight years’ experience in project finance including budgets, EVA, and contract review.
• Experience working with sponsors and CRO environments.
• Occasional travel to sponsor locations and local office meetings.

Responsabilités

• Manage, mentor, and train financial analysts in project finance support.
• Design, develop, and implement project financial processes for timely reporting.
• Produce monthly financial metrics for CFO and Executive Director of Operational Finance.
• Coordinate with intercompany Finance Teams on budgets, revenue, and agreements.
• Support project teams in financial aspects of running clinical trials.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analysis between forecasted and actual revenue.
• Review work orders and change orders against activities and budgets.
• Lead EVA analyses with Project Directors/Managers and participate in QBRs.
• Support review of contracts and statements of work for accuracy.
