Branding Iron Holdings is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead financial planning, pricing strategy, costing, and margin optimization. This role partners with commercial leadership to set pricing strategies and directs the pricing team, focusing on profitability and cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering executive insights to drive performance across products and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in pricing strategy, costing, margin management, or commercial finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide executive insights into financial performance, margins, and strategic opportunities.
• Build financial models for new products, pricing changes, investments, and business cases.
• Partner with operations, sales, and product teams on cost drivers and profitability.
• Partner with commercial leadership to set pricing strategies and guide the pricing team.
• Oversee strategic pricing initiatives, competitive analysis, and margin targets.
• Maintain costing models and conduct margin analysis across products and customers.
• Lead financial components of RFPs, ensuring accurate costing and competitive pricing.
• Deliver financial reporting and dashboards focused on performance and profitability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders to integrate financials into organizational planning and business decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a production team environment.
