RTX Corporation is hiring a Business Analyst for the SCM Finance Organization to support KPI metric deliverables, overhead budgets, and EAC forecasts. The role is hybrid, located in Tucson with options to work from McKinney, TX or Andover, MA, and involves coordination with cross-functional leadership.

You will prioritize deliverables, interact with OSCQ and Central FP&A, and support multiple quarterly reviews while partnering with other manufacturing areas.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in business management/analysis or related experience.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
• Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
• Interact with Finance and Functional Leadership within SCM.
• Partner with peers across RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
