Job summary

Placer.ai is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner closely with the SVP of Finance and with R&D and product teams to build models and narratives guiding planning and business decisions.

This high-ownership, fully remote role offers autonomy and collaboration with a fast-moving finance team, delivering insights and driving financial improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance and financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong partner to executive stakeholders with ability to align differing views.
• Data mining and turning raw financial data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows.
• Partner with R&D and product teams to drive actions from financial insights.
• Create forecasting models for ongoing and ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide in-depth analysis of performance, KPIs, budgets, and variances.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and controls.
