Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Strategic Strike portfolio within the ASDS SBU. The role involves providing financial leadership across development to production, partnering with senior leaders, and ensuring profitability as programs move toward production. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship are required to start. The position emphasizes risk management, EAC, FP&A, and cross‑functional collaboration with program and customer teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 10 years of related experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and partner with Finance Director and program leadership to ensure sound business decisions.
• Lead and manage a large, dynamic development program portfolio.
• Drive development execution, cost growth management, and profitability through EAC and FP&A activities.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plan development; cash flow management.
