Job summary

Raytheon, an industry leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Finance/Program Controls professional for onsite work in the United States. The role involves coordinating with Operations and Program Office teams to manage budgets, EVMS, and financial forecasts while ensuring compliance with DoD requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance/Accounting degree with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing financial analysis and reviewing financial data.
• Experience preparing financial reports and summarizing financial analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Program Office functional teams to support production, development, and depot contract execution.
• Manage financial activities for multiple programs within a portfolio.
• Support program startup, maintenance, and financial activities, including intercompany transfer processing, project setup, and NWA management.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule control activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including LRE development and financial variance analysis.
• Support IPT coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), including cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal customers across multiple locations and time zones.
