Job summary

Raytheon in Goleta, California is seeking a seasoned finance professional to partner with Operations and Program Office teams, supporting production, development, and depot contract execution while managing financial activities across multiple programs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) with several years of experience in financial analysis, EVM, and reporting; experience with SAP and MS Office; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing financial analysis and reviewing financial data.
• Experience preparing financial reports and summarizing financial analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Program Office functional teams to support production, development, and depot contract execution.
• Manage financial activities for multiple programs within a portfolio.
• Support program startup, maintenance, and financial activities including intercompany transfers, project setup, and NWA management.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule control activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including LRE development and financial variance analysis.
• Support IPT coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) with cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal customers across locations/time zones.
