Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Commercial Finance to drive profitable growth and strategic decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver insightful analytics, robust forecasting, and disciplined financial governance.

You will lead deal structuring, channel financing, and AR performance, ensuring risk mitigation and strong cash flow. A proven leader with 10+ years of finance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with commercial exposure.
• Proven ability partnering with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes.
• Experience with pricing, deal desk, or revenue operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and BU leaders to drive profitable growth.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and long‑range planning activities.
• Analyze customer financials and structuring to maximize profitability.
• Provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Develop scenarios to support investment and resource decisions.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team.
