Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Business Development Advisor - M&A Finance to support M&A execution and capital solutions. You will build complex financial models, forecast company and market trends, and evaluate strategic opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, and other investments.

This role partners with Corporate Development and Finance, exposing you to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling experience with corporate development focus.
• Proficiency in three-statement models, DCF, and accretion/dilution.
• Strong valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for opportunities.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
• Build company- and market-level forecasts using trends and macro inputs.
• Conduct valuation analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Prepare executive presentations and transaction materials.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive developments relevant to Baker Hughes.
