• Manage financial controls, policies, and ERP reporting compliance.
• Analyze revenue, costs, variances, and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Monitor project financial performance and EVMS compliance.
• Collaborate with PM, Finance, and leaders to drive cost-saving actions.
• Drive ERP/system transformation to improve reporting and efficiency.
