Job summary

Fincantieri Marine Group’s Bay Shipbuilding facility in Wisconsin seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS programs at our Sturgeon Bay location. The role ensures OSHA, EPA, and maritime compliance while promoting a culture of safety across the organization.

This leadership position manages a team, drives incident prevention, and partners with leadership to meet business objectives. Domestic travel may be required.

• Develop and manage EHS programs to ensure OSHA, EPA, and maritime compliance.
• Lead safety audits, assessments, investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Oversee EHS training, reporting, programs, emergency response planning, and recordkeeping.
