Job summary

A leading construction services firm in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Finance Project Manager to oversee financial planning and project budgets. This role involves managing cash flow forecasting, tracking project costs, and preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with standards and mitigating financial risks. Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in financial management, project controls, or construction finance.
  • Strong understanding of job cost accounting, forecasting, and WIP reporting.
  • Experience with large/hyper scale construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets from pre-construction through completion.
  • Monitor project costs, track variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit progress billings in relevant formats.
