Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services seeks a Finance Manager in the Green Bay area to lead a team of about 10 accounting professionals and own key financial reporting for multiple entities. The role blends hands-on accounting with strategic leadership and operational collaboration.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and development of KPI dashboards to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred but not required; progressive leadership experience.
• Experience supervising accounting teams and multiple entities.
• Hands-on with financial statements, month-end close, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~10 accounting professionals.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy.
• Review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Prepare monthly statements and executive reporting packages.
• Own select entity financials and day-to-day operations.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and key KPIs.
• Develop KPI dashboards and ad-hoc reports for decision-making.
• Partner with operations to identify risks and improvements.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and provide support.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and controls.
