Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems in Seattle seeks a Senior Director of Finance Business Enablement to build the foundation for the entire finance function. You’ll own the systems, tools roadmap (ERP, FP&A/planning, and reporting), and forecasting standards that drive capital-intensive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA/MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership, finance transformation, or finance systems roles.
• Experience owning or driving major finance systems implementations or upgrades (ERP, EPM/planning tools, or BI platforms).
• Strong forecasting and planning methodologies with scalable frameworks across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Own depreciation and capital policy with Accounting to ensure asset policies keep pace with technology refresh cycles.
• Own the systems and tools roadmap for Finance (ERP, FP&A/planning, reporting platforms) and establish forecasting standards.
• Partner with Accounting, IT, Data Center Operations, and business-unit FP&A teams to align policies and adopt forecasting standards.
• Improve data architecture and reporting layer in partnership with Data/Engineering to reduce manual reconciliation.
• Roll out new tools, policies, and methodologies with clear documentation and training for a distributed finance team.
