The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager, AR, IA, MO to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a multi-unit pod. This remote role supports the Great Plains division and collaborates with the Finance Director and philanthropy teams to deliver strategic financial guidance.

You will manage financial planning, accounting activities, and internal controls while partnering with conservation and operations staff to optimize funding and resource allocation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic finance partner and influence decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, grants, and related financial activities for a pod in partnership with the Finance Director.
• Provides financial analysis, modeling, and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Ensures data integrity, internal controls, and alignment with policies and standards.
• Supports implementation of finance strategies and process improvements.
• Acts as approver for accounts receivable and accounts payable in coordination with the accounting specialist.
