Job summary

RTX’s Naval Power CIWS Sustainment finance team is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor to manage the EAC process and oversee financial operations across DOD/FMS contracts with the U.S. Navy. You will lead a team, coordinate with internal and external customers, and drive continuous process improvements.

You’ll utilize SAP, PRISM and RTN PMX, mentor staff, and help prepare forecasts and financial plans to support strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO).
• Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and EAC Process.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly development and oversight of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and the Integrated Product Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Analyze program performance and assist with baseline for new awards using SAP/PRISM/PRISM tools.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support review and forecast of bookings, sales, earnings and cash to Financial Planning.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Develop and disseminate process and tool improvements for the finance team.
• Ad-hoc support (RFI's, CFRs, ROMs, proposals).
