Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
• Broad understanding of business areas, drivers and performance metrics.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous questions and structure analytics paths.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding and independent perspective of performance drivers for Mars Segments.
• Uncover areas to drive performance improvements and value creation using data and advanced analytics.
• Understand strategic needs and support decision making with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop techniques for actionable insights.
• Help ensure insights translate into scalable actions with Segment leaders.
• Drive high-visibility strategic projects, structuring problems and opportunities with data-driven methods.
• Participate in corporate strategic resource allocation to inform investment priorities.
