Job summary

RTX, a global leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Finance Leader to direct financial management for a critical portfolio, including the Precision Strike programs and related development-to-production activities. The role requires leadership across multiple programs, coordination with PMO, and proactive financial governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) in a related field with substantial experience in finance leadership.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program area directors and leadership teams to drive sound financial decisions.
• Manage all financials for a complex portfolio and oversee forecasts for bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.
• Develop and manage long-range and annual operating plans; provide briefings to executives and customers.
