Job summary

RTX is seeking an M4 Finance Lead to support NSMS SM-6 program portfolios within the Shipboard Missiles SSBU. This hybrid role leads 2-3 analysts and ensures EVMS alignment with EAC/LRE processes.

You will prepare Earned Value reports, perform variance analysis, and coordinate with IPTs and functional partners to deliver accurate financial planning and forecasts. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience or 5+ with Advanced Degree
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance requirements
• Experience using EVM tools and Microsoft Office for financial reporting and presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 analysts.
• Support program teams with external Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and requirements.
• Compile monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management
• Coordinate with functional organizations during the Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) processes.
• Monitor program financial performance and analyze variances to plan.
• Coordinate financial planning activities for the assigned program area, including RPLAN updates.
• Analyze and communicate program performance impacts to Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Cash (BSEC).
• Perform monthly data reconciliation.
• Serve as the financial point of contact for Program Management and functional partners
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to IPT members and non-finance organizations, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Analyze program data and prepare trend analyses using Microsoft Excel.
• Attend program meetings and review Earned Value Management data.
• Coordinate standard financial processes and resources across programs.
