Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Finance for its Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG) in Colorado. This finance leader will partner with the EISG President and CFO to drive profitable growth, optimize resource allocation, and shape strategic decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities include leading planning, capital allocation, pricing strategies, and M&A evaluation while ensuring SOX compliance and robust financial governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall financial leadership for EISG, a $2B externally reported business segment.
• Serve as primary financial advisor to the EISG President and leadership team.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive capital allocation across R&D, acquisitions, capex, and OPEX.
• Partner with business leaders to accelerate revenue growth and ARR expansion.
• Lead evaluation of R&D investments and strategic opportunities.
• Champion AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and efficiency.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for EISG.
