Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive financial leadership experience with a publicly traded company, high-growth private company or equivalent organisation.
• Strategic partner to senior leaders in a complex global business, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business recommendations that improve growth, profitability and operational performance.
• Experience leading finance organisations within a complex, matrixed global company.
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills across levels.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, business integrations, pricing decisions and strategic investment evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall financial leadership for EISG, a $2B externally reported business segment, ensuring the organization achieves its financial commitments while advancing its long-term strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the EISG President and leadership team, providing objective analysis and strategic insight to improve performance.
• Lead the development of the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan and quarterly forecasts, aligning financial commitments with business priorities.
• Drive disciplined capital allocation across R&D investments, acquisitions, capital expenditures and operating expenditures to maximise long-term growth and profitability.
• Partner with business leaders to accelerate revenue growth, expand software mix and ARR, improve gross margin and operating leverage.
• Lead the financial evaluation and prioritisation of R&D investments, ensuring resources are allocated toward high-return opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, improve productivity and strengthen financial insight.
• Lead the transformation of the finance function by championing AI and advanced analytics for better forecasting and efficiency.
• Monitor performance and market trends, proposing actions to optimise results while maintaining agility.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and post-close integration.
• Provide financial leadership for strategic customer opportunities, pricing decisions and complex agreements to maximise growth while managing risk.
• Ensure SOX compliance, revenue recognition and internal control requirements across EISG and enterprise functions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with Enterprise Finance, External Reporting and Investor Relations.
• Develop meaningful performance metrics and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization with a focus on talent and collaboration.
