Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Finance for the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG). You will lead financial planning, forecasting, governance, and business partnerships, helping drive profitable growth and resource optimization across a global, matrixed organization.

You will influence leadership decisions, manage SOX compliance and reporting, and champion AI-driven improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive financial leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall financial leadership for EISG, a $2B externally reported business segment, ensuring financial commitments and long-term objectives.
• Serve as primary financial advisor to the EISG President and leadership team, delivering objective analysis and strategic insight.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range plan, and quarterly forecasts with alignment to priorities.
• Drive disciplined capital allocation across R&D, acquisitions, capex, and opex for growth and profitability.
• Partner with business leaders to accelerate revenue growth, improve gross margin, and expand ARR.
• Lead evaluation and prioritization of R&D investments and strategic opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement to simplify processes and strengthen financial execution.
• Lead transformation of finance with AI and analytics for deeper insights and efficiency.
• Monitor performance and market trends; recommend actions to optimize results.
