Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Finance for the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG). You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for a $2B segment, partnering with the EISG President and CFO to drive profitable growth and strategic decision-making.

You will shape capital allocation, strengthen internal controls, and transform the finance function with AI and analytics to deliver deeper business insight and improved forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a strategic finance leader in a complex global business.
• Strong oversight of planning, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for EISG, ensuring achievement of financial commitments.
• Advise the EISG President and leadership team with objective analysis and strategic insight.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive capital allocation, including R&D investments and acquisitions.
• Partner with leaders to accelerate revenue growth, ARR, and profitability.
• Oversee financial reporting, governance, and SOX compliance.
• Champion AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and efficiency.
