Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Finance for the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG) in Colorado. This role partners with the EISG leadership to drive profitable growth, optimize resources, and support strategic decisions across a $2B business segment.

The position leads financial planning, forecasting, governance, and business partnership, ensuring robust internal controls and insightful financial analytics for enterprise-wide success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance functions in a global, complex company.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and driving strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall financial leadership for EISG and ensure achievement of financial commitments.
• Serve as primary financial advisor to the EISG President and CFO.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive capital allocation across R&D, acquisitions, and expenditures.
• Partner with business leaders to grow revenue, optimize gross margin and ARR.
• Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls; ensure external reporting readiness.
• Transform finance with AI-driven analytics and standardized reporting.
