Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership in a public or high-growth company.
• Strategic partner to senior leaders, balancing strategy with execution.
• Translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Experience leading finance in a complex, matrixed global company.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall financial leadership for EISG, ensuring commitments and long-term objectives are met.
• Serve as primary financial advisor to EISG President and leadership team with strategic insight.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive capital allocation across R&D, acquisitions, capex and opex.
• Partner with leaders to accelerate revenue growth, expand ARR, and improve gross margin.
• Evaluate and prioritize R&D investments aligning with strategic growth.
• Champion process improvements to enhance financial insight and execution.
• Lead AI and analytics initiatives to standardise reporting and forecasting accuracy.
