Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Data & Systems, to architect and own automation across the Finance organization. You will design workflows, dashboards, and controls to track revenue, billing, cash flow, and reporting.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Operations, ensuring end-to-end visibility into invoicing, collections, and revenue flow. A tinkerer at heart with a passion for systems and finance will thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Finance, Finance Operations, RevOps, BizOps, or a highly analytical function in fintech.
• Strong knowledge of AI and data infrastructure frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Fluent in scripting (e.g., Python), SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Experience stitching data across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, payment platforms, internal databases).
• Experience building or significantly improving financial reporting, reconciliation, or revenue data systems.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems and data; diagnose process gaps and design reconciliations.
• Ensure data integrity across custodian exports, CRM, billing, CPQ, commissions, payments, and ERP.
• Establish metrics for reconciliation health and report them each period.
• Ensure pricing, quoting, and commission data tie back to billing and revenue recognition.
• Replace high-cost manual workflows with durable automation using AI, scripting, SQL.
