Whop is seeking a hands-on Finance Systems Engineer to automate close processes, improve controls, and scale financial systems. You will own data flows, integrations, and production-ready automation in a growing environment.

Responsibilities include mapping the close, automating reconciliations, dashboards, and reporting, plus leading ERP implementations and cross-team collaboration, with emphasis on data integrity and auditability.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience across finance systems, ERP, data automation.
• Proven automation shipping in production for Finance/Accounting.
• Strong understanding of GL, journaling, reconciliations, P2P, close.

Responsibilities

• Map close process, identify critical path, and build automation roadmap.
• Automate reconciliations, journal-entry support, accruals, and reporting.
• Replace spreadsheet handoffs with controlled, repeatable workflows.
• Build dashboards and alerts for real-time close visibility.
• Lead implementations from requirements to production support.
