Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Data & Systems in NYC to lead automation across finance, data, and operations. You will architect the automation infrastructure that reports Savvy’s revenue, billing, cash flow, and financial reporting.

You will design workflows, build dashboards, and replace reconciliation-heavy processes with AI-powered solutions, ensuring complete visibility into invoicing and revenue flow. This role blends finance rigor with AI-enabled experimentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Finance, Finance Ops, RevOps, or analytics in fintech.
Experience in startup and/or AI implementation is highly desirable.
Fluent in scripting (Python), SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets.
Experience stitching data across CRM, ERP, payments, and internal databases.
Built or improved financial reporting, reconciliation, or revenue data systems.

Responsibilities

Own finance systems and data; diagnose process gaps and design automated reconciliations.
Ensure data integrity across custodian exports, CRM, billing, CPQ, and ERP.
Define metrics for reconciliation health and report them periodically.
Ensure pricing, quoting, and commissions tie to billing and revenue recognition.
Replace high-cost manual workflows with automation using AI, scripting, SQL.
Serve as Finance's partner to Data; prioritize requests and deploy solutions.
Evaluate new tools and build business cases for investment.
