Job summary

Serval is seeking a Finance Automation Engineer to connect finance data, build foundational data models, and automate accounting workflows for scalable growth. You will lead finance transformation, design reconciliations and dashboards, and drive analytics that reveal where to invest.

You will run core close tasks part-time, automate routine operations, and partner with Engineering, RevOps and Finance leadership to deliver trusted, scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience across accounting, finance operations and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and automation projects within Serval Finance.
• Build the data foundations by connecting systems and modeling revenue, spend and unit economics.
• Run and automate close tasks part-time, including reconciliations and complex calculations.
• Keep outputs auditable with controls and runbooks.
