Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our core finance systems, starting with NetSuite. You will manage configurations, data integrity, integrations, and reporting, while guiding technical resources to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading or managing finance systems projects.
• 7+ years with core finance systems (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, O2C, P2P).
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, and SuiteScript knowledge.
• Strong technical aptitude for integrations and data flows.
• Experience building and scaling finance systems in growth environments.
• Strategic thinker with collaborative leadership and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Finance Systems.
• Oversee NetSuite configurations, data integrity, security, tests, and deployments.
• Manage internal and external technical resources for SuiteScript and integrations.
• Drive data-driven reporting, analytics, and scalable processes across Finance.
• Partner with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to align initiatives.
