Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The role manages the finance team, drives system improvements, and ensures adherence to US GAAP and IFRS across global operations.

You will coordinate monthly and annual closes, monitor variances, and prepare disclosures for the parent company while supporting internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, and accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversees core accounting functions including treasury, payroll, AP, and general ledger.
• Leads monthly and annual close processes and financial reporting to parent company.
• Manages tax filings and liaison with external tax advisors.
• Develops and enhances internal controls and system processes.
• Leads accounting staff and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
