Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. seeks a senior accounting leader to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, tax compliance, and internal controls while driving system and process improvements. This role partners with executive leadership to ensure accuracy and timely insights.

The position manages the accounting team across AP, payroll, GL, and consolidation, ensures IFRS and US GAAP compliance, and coordinates with external CPA firms and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees core accounting functions including treasury, payroll, AP, GL, intercompany.
• Leads monthly/annual close and prepares IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Ensures tax compliance and coordination with external CPA advisors.
• Drives system/process improvements and analytics across Finance.
• Manages and develops accounting staff across multiple functional areas.
