Job summary

You will manage the Finance team and drive system improvements while ensuring timely monthly and annual reporting in line with US GAAP and IFRS where applicable. The role requires 7–10 years of accounting leadership, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred), and strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees core accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Leads monthly and annual close and financial reporting to parent company.
• Ensures IFRS and US GAAP compliance and tax coordination.
• Drives process improvements and internal controls across finance.
