Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. in Topeka, KS, seeks a Senior Finance Controller to oversee monthly and annual close, financial reporting, and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

You will lead the Finance team, supervise accounting operations, and partner with senior leadership to drive accuracy and process improvements. Responsibilities include treasury oversight, payroll, intercompany transactions, tax coordination, and implementing strong internal controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate environment preferred).
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, and accounting operations.
• Experience leading or supervising accounting teams.
• May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Cognos Controller).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees core accounting functions including treasury, payroll, AP, and GL maintenance.
• Leads monthly and annual close processes and financial reporting to parent company.
• Monitors variances against budget/forecast and provides insights to senior leadership.
• Researches IFRS guidance and coordinates tax filings with external advisors.
• Drives process improvements and enhances internal controls.
• Manages accounting staff across multiple functional areas and develops talent.
