Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the accounting function and drive monthly/annual close, reporting to the VP Finance. You will manage treasury, payroll, AP, GL, intercompany activity, and complex accruals, while advancing internal controls and system enhancements.

The role requires 7–10 years of accounting leadership, deep IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP/financial systems. Strong communication with senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate environment preferred).
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, and accounting operations.
• Experience leading or supervising accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Cognos Controller).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees core accounting functions including treasury operations, payroll, AP, procurement, general ledger, intercompany reconciliations, and complex accruals/deferrals.
• Leads monthly and annual close processes and prepares reports for the parent company.
• Monitors variances against budget/forecast and provides insights to senior leadership.
• Ensures IFRS and US GAAP compliance and supports tax filings with external partners.
• Drives process improvements and maintains internal controls and system documentation.
